The 15th annual Meeting of the Minds was held March 4-6 on Coronado Island. Many who attended believe this was the best event ever for 90 Minds!
Better Together
The Meeting of the Minds (MOTM) is presented by 90 Minds. MOTM brings together consultants, independent software developers, value added resellers and Sage management to collaborate, connect and grow. Meeting of the Minds 2026’s theme was Better Together which manifested in several ways.
- Expanded educational track specifically designed for Sage Intacct consultants.
- Future of Consulting roundtables with members of the Sage 100 and Sage Intacct communities.
- Increased networking opportunities.
Sage Intacct
Sage’s acquisition of Intacct in 2017 marked a pivotal shift in Sage’s strategy. Intacct accelerated Sage’s transition from traditional desktop accounting toward cloud‑native, subscription‑based software. Sage Intacct is a multi‑tenant SaaS platform purpose‑built for complex financials. The Sage Intacct expereince since 2017 includes:
- A vertical focus, including nonprofit, professional services, and construction.
- Consistent customer adoption and product expansion.
- Heavy investment in expanding Intacct beyond core financials into planning, budgeting, and time tracking.
Many 90 Minds members have added Sage Intacct to their product portfolio. Accordingly, 90 Minds added dedicated content to meet the needs of its members. Initial feedback included:

Sage X3
Sage executives reviewed the depth and breadth of industries supported by the Sage ERP portfolio. Recognizing that customers outgrow Sage 50, 100 and 300, Sage is making significant investments into Sage X3.
In addition to features, Sage understands the need to streamline adoption of complex ERP through technology. Knowing migration is more than data conversion, Sage is using Ai and its extensive experience for industry specific configuration sets. In addition, Sage is using artificial intelligence to streamline the implementation process.
Artificial Intelligence in ERP
Sage has been investing in responsible artificial intelligence for years. First showing up in Sage Intacct, we now see the Sage Ai platform extending into the entire portfolio. The Sage Ai Help Agent is rolling out in Sage 100 versions 2022 through 2025. You can expect to see Sage Authentic Intelligence roll out in waves:
- Task Based – Automation and anomaly detection.
- Generative – Focus on creative outputs.
- Agentic – Autonomous special agents.
Utilizing the Sage Ai Platform, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can develop and integrate certified third party agents into Sage products. The AI Developer Solution Program, No Code Studio and Sage Copilot are all parts of an integrated strategy. Executives outlined how these tools will create the bridge between artificial intelligence and Sage’s legacy portfolio.

90 Minds members improve their customer’s operational efficiency through technology. At the same time, attendees consistently commented on the value of in person meetings. Roundtable discussions, discussions in hallways, meetings in the “boardroom”, and conversations on the beach create meaningful relationships. These relationships become engagements. Engagements become partnerships.
