Adapting Deployment to the Digital Age
In today’s immediate gratification society customers expect results and a return on their investment faster than ever before.
Rapid Implementation Workshop
Modern society has become accustomed to rapid deployment of products and services frequently delivered in a fixed fee or subscription model. To meet this demand, service providers must change their offerings to deliver value in a predictable manner. One way to accomplish this is through rapid implementation of the initial product or service with anticipation of future services which increase value over time.
Assuming your company has defined its target market with a unique value proposition, a typical 4 month project includes 4 monthly workshops with follow up activities:
- Project Establishment that creates consensus for a Unique Value Proposition to a target market.
- Scope Definition for initial "MVP" product
- Packaging workshop including the pricing model for product variations and support model.
- Marketing and sales for your packaged solution
The resulting deliverables include
- Project work plan
- Weekly team calls and Monthly Status Reviews
- Packaged MVP solution for your target market based upon your Unique Value Proposition
Cost Basis
Monthly Subscription plus out of pocket expenses. Subscription can be reduced based upon value creation sharing.
