Rise to Engagement Manager

Academy Structure
Rise to Engagement Manager is a 4 month academy comprised of 4 major Units. Each Unit includes:
- A topical book with discussion and review.
- 2 or more 90 minute online training sessions.
- Interactive group sessions on the impact of the topic on real life engagements.
Learning Units
Based upon a 90 minute standard learning session, Rise to Engagement Manager includes approximately 28 hours of online instructor led learning with additional opportunities for discussion and interaction with instructors and fellow participants.

This course will be delivered in conjunction with the ERP Academy and offered directly and through organizations such as 90 Minds. Academy planned for Summer 2026 for its 14 week schedule.
